We process the information provided by interested parties to contact them upon request, respond to their inquiries, manage any potential relationship, and send them offers and products of interest, as well as a newsletter.

How long do we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship is maintained, until deletion is requested by the data subject, until cessation of activity is requested after the last expression of interest, and for the time that may be required by a legal provision. No automated decision-making will be undertaken.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is the application of pre-contractual measures (for the purpose of formalizing a coaching service contract) and the execution of the coaching and training services contract.

The prospective offer of products and services is based on the consent requested from you, without withdrawal of consent affecting the execution of the coaching and personal growth services contract for companies, individual work, or team activities.

Our server, email, and cloud services are provided by Dinahosting, S.L. Additionally, our website maintenance is handled by WITHTHEMINDINTHECLOUDS.

We also use LinkedIn services (Social Media Linking Service).
HubSpot chat service, with its privacy policy.
Google Privacy Policy.

What are your rights regarding the data you provide us?

Any individual has the right to obtain confirmation on whether we are processing personal data concerning them.

Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected.
