I’m Pedro, and my project is called Formidable Development! The name defines me. I specialize in training and developing people in professional environments. Formidable—this is what sets me apart from others and from companies that do similar work.

The main thing I want you to know about me is that I’m here to support and help people and companies reach their goals by enabling company growth through the development of their people and teams.

I’ve known this since I was 20 years old; I have shaped all my learning and experiences to be here today, doing what I do in the way I do it. I’m fortunate to be surrounded by incredible people who teach me constantly, every single day. I’m also aware of the individual impact within the system; in other words, I have a systemic awareness of individuality.
